With different limits on workspaces, social accounts, schedules, and collaboration features, each plan is built to fit specific needs—whether you’re just starting or managing dozens of clients.

Key Limits Explained
Before looking at the plans, it’s important to understand some key terms:

- Space: Think of a Space (workspace) as a separate “brand” or “client.” If you manage multiple brands or clients, each one should have its own workspace each can have its own members and roles, independent from other workspaces.

- Social Accounts: This is the number of social media profiles you can connect per social media type, per workspace.
For example, if a plan allows 2 Facebook accounts, you can connect 2 Facebook pages in each workspace.
- Social Accounts: This is the number of social media profiles you can connect per social media type, per workspace.

- Schedules: This is the maximum number of posts you can schedule per social media type in a 24-hour period, per workspace.
For instance, if you have 10 schedules allowed, you can schedule up to 10 posts on Facebook and 10 posts on Instagram in a single day for one workspace.
- Schedules: This is the maximum number of posts you can schedule per social media type in a 24-hour period, per workspace.

- LinkedIn Pages: Access to LinkedIn Pages is only available on higher-level plans. Profiles are always allowed.

- Viewer Role (Agencies Only): This lets your team or clients view posts without editing them, making collaboration easier

Each client’s workspace is independent. For example, a Medium Agency Pro plan can schedule up to 15 posts per social media for each of 15 clients, meaning your team can manage 225 scheduled posts per social media type per day.
How to Pick the Right Plan

- Are you managing client brands or your own brands?: Choose Agency if you manage social media for clients or other brands (clients).

- Count your brands (workspaces): 1–4 for organizations, or 7–30 for agencies.

- Count your social account needs: How many accounts do you need per social media, per workspace?
